Hardcore fans of the series know Resident Evil can't possibly have "too many zombies."However, too many zombies may ruin immersion for a lot of players. For instance, Resident Evil 6 did attempt
In Resident Evil 6, fans were introduced to the son of Albert Wesker. The addition to the franchise was a bit of a surprise, but it caught the attention of the fans. However, many of them would end up disappointed with the results. Jake Muller was not what fans expected when they played the game.
Resident Evil 6 (2012) but it gets a bad rap. Sure, the story isn't exactly fulfilling, but it was an ambitious, and enjoyable, crossover with popular characters like Chris Redfield, Leon S
There is few pre-rendered cutscenes in this game, similarly to Resident Evil 5. Therefore, it would not take much effort into upscaling and using frame interpolation software. The WMV3 files used in this game impose a lot of restrictions.
Too bad, it could have been a contender. Read More. LIKED & DISLIKED. Accessibility. Balance. Resident Evil 6 might be the biggest RE game ever, but it struggles to be the best, lacking a
It feels more like a parody of Resident Evil than Resident Evil except they're playing ut straight. I dont like harping on graphics too much but due to how many locations and maps there are, far too much is either recycled or outright boring. The quality of textures from 5 took a nose dive.
Is Resident Evil 6 that bad? Well no. It's actually worse. For what it's worth, the combat is good and it has the best iteration of the horde-based version of mercenaries, but the four campaigns are full of QTEs, set pieces and driving segments with awful controls.
It's a good game, but people didn't like that it wasn't an atmospheric horror game, which is what people wanted resident evil to be, it's a valid reason to dislike it, but it's in the past, Capcom got the message, now there's no reason to hate it. [deleted] • 4 yr. ago It's not like RE has always been one genre though.
RE6 has an aggregate score of 67 at Metacritic, by far the lowest rated main Resident Evil game. It sold a lot thanks to its huge marketing campaign and the success of both RE4 and 5. It was such a huge dent to the franchise that they had to reboot with RE7.
Hey guys. Before I built my new computer I used to play on my craptop. Honestly one of the worse things I've ever bought. I used to play Resident Evil 6 (I love them all) on it, and I can't describe how annoying it was to wait like, 1m30s to get through areas and all that. Now we're here, with my decent PC, and I don't have that problem anymore.
